Christmas Is Coming...

Are you already for Christmas?
I'm not, I have a few more little gifts to get for friends then I'm done.
Now for me the wrapping of the present is even more important than the gift itself,
That's why this year I'm using Stampin' Up! to help me.

Firstly I'm giving some cute little necklaces out which didn't come in a boxer,
time to be creative.
Stampin' Ups candy wrapper die is what i turned too for these cute little boxes:

Aren't they cute? I'm sure you'll agree.
They are just so simply to make and decorate,
so much so I've made 12 with the plan for having little gifts on the Christmas table.
Little touches make a big difference!

Twin Baby Cards

Hey everyone, hows it been?
Well that I'm a Stampin Up Demo, crafting has just got better!
I've been meaning to sit down and use some of my new bits to make a few cards however time hasn't permitted with work :(
However my older sisters friend just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and a baby girl! I'm not going to lie i was stuck for inspiration however all i had to do was look tough my catalogue and it hit me! Don't worry it didn't hurt ;)
The inspiration started from a tag however soon changed it really easily into a card. Here is what the look like:
Aren't they CUTE! The cards are A5 with the Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack in matching colours ( Marina Mist and Pink Pirouette) just measuring 14cm by 5cm with a 3mm strip of Chocolate Chip along the top.
Along this line i also used our Mat Stack and Paper Piecing Tool to add detail. I stamped and embossed in white the Always Elegant stamp set in Crumb Cake added a ripped piece of First Edition paper and the stamped the 'B' from Broadsheet Alphabet in Chocolate Chip onto Very Vanilla card stock and fish tailed the end.
Then i added Twine and some more strips of the matching card stock onto the top to base it.
After i used the 'Welcome Baby...So Glad Your Here' stamps from Pretite Pairs as a little tag.
To Complete the card i added a little butterfly from Beautiful Wings embosslit and centered it with one of our Perfect Pearls.

If you would like to order any of the products I've used just send me and email and I'll get back to you.
All products are found in the Idea Book & Catalogue 2011-2012, If you would like your own catagolue also email me.

We Have Life!

I now its been a long time! I'm sincerely sorry! Where do i start, aye?
Well I have been so busy!
R.M.H.C had a masquerade ball, to raise money for charity, i was commisioned to create a anme placement and gift box for each guest. The colour sceme was black and red, there didnt give me any type of challenge by giving me a hard brief to stick too!
I was flattered by all the complament i recieve about the little bits i had done. Right, i bet you are wanting me to stop talking and show you what i made. Here you go:

This however isn't the only thing 've been up too though, now most of you know i turn 18 at the end of the month. Therefore i need invites for the night. The theme again is Masquerade ( before you ask, it was my idea first  : P ) and i didnt want people to deter because they would have to buy a mask etc. Therefore the invite is a mask. Intreged yet? Here you go:

All the information is on the small tag on the side and is attached by the ribbon though the whole for the ties.

Well i hope this makes up for the long wait, oh and before i go I'm thinking of a way to celebrate my 18th with my crafty friend with a week special. So please, leave ideas and comment below. I' be back later with a list of products.

Until next time,

Change of Plan!

Right, i know i promised a new baby card however my laptop decide to delete the picture! So instead I'm giving you a get well soon booklet i made for a women at work who's been really ill recently.

Its a small card I'd have to admit only being 2 1/2 by 4. The reason for this is because i made the little picture and it just didn't look right on an A5 card. I hope you like it!
Now I've been think today about how long I've been a card maker, and to be honest it'd be 5 years in december. Therefore i think i'll be doing a give away thoughout december. Take this as a pre-warning about it!

The Card

Right everyone, how are you?
I no its been a long time since my last post, I've just been so busy with work, you wouldn't believe it!
Now i kept mentioning my sister birthday cards well i just grabbed my phone and took a picture. It has a strong musical theme to it because Kirsty likes to sing and play instruments, so i went with it!
Here's how it turned out:
Please ignore the mess in the background, because believe me the floor is worse! I think i just told you what I'm up too today; yes, cleaning my room.
Oh before i forget, thank you for all your questions however for some reason blogger isn't allowing me to reply or write a comment so please be patient and hopefully i will soon!

Butterfly Notebook's!

Hey everyone!
Right i do apologies bout the time of this blog however its taken me close to 3 hours to upload this picture, silly right?
Anyway, i have got the CUTEST little notebook's to show you! Now i have to admit I'm not the clever person who thought of these i took inspiration from Ruth at Artful Stampin'. She also explains how to put them together and what she used. However for me i used the colours Marina Mist, Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive, Crumb Cake & Real Red, most likely my favourite colours from Stampin' Up!

I'm on a early at work tomorrow so will most likely be crafting after that and you never no if i can get my phone working you may get my sisters birthday card which i think is so elegant!

Thursday, 7 July 2011

I started a scrapbook almost a year ago and all done 3 pages. Now i wasn't happy with theses to start with so i thought i'd revisit my favourite one of yours truly. Here's how it turned out:
I'm really happy with how it turned out and everything is from Stampin' Up! other than the 'enjoy lifes moments' sentament. The colours are Old Olive & Chocolate Chip which are two of my favourite colours Stampin' Up! does.
I have my little sisters birthday cards to post soon with a running theme of music which im sure you'll be able to notice!

Thanks for stopping by!

As I promised

As i promised yesterday i thought I'd post the the candles I've decorated. Now i have a load of stuff that's just sat in a box and i noticed these lovely blue candles were there. I instantly noticed the colour was close to
Marina Mist from Stampin' Up! Now i love matching Marina Mist with Crumb Cake and with the perfect pearls in the center i think it works so well.

I've just noticed that one of them is higher than the other so I'll go and move it down quickly. I just think they are so cute and would make such a lovely gift for someone!

Fathers Day is Sunday so I'm off to do the last 2 cards i need before posting one later tonight with the others to follow tomorrow!

So many to choose from!

Right, i no its been a while but i have been crafting. So much so, i have 4 different cards/ projects to let you know about. Yesterday it was a dear friends birthday so i had to make her a card and i really wanted to use the Lotus stamp set from K&Co. I also used the Chocolate Chip & Crumb Cake card stock and ink. Here's how it turned out:

I love this stamp set and recommend it to everyone, however  wouldn't use water based inks with it because the image doesn't always come out clear. An ink i like to use though it Color box chalk inks, yo get a great coverage with them!

Well i should be back soon with how i decorated candles after being inspired by Carol!

Cya soon! x

Men, Men & More Men!!

Lady's & Gentlemen,

Its fathers day soon! And if you are like me, you'll be dreading making the cards for it! However no fear, we have the Internet full of ideas shared by others. Now i' thought I'd share a few ideas I've come up with for birthday cards for the guys, but the sentiment could easily be changed. For both of the cards i used We R Memory Keepers Teenage Angst collection, The colours and pattens on the just lend its self to male cards so well. One issue though would be that they can be seen to be quite young for fathers day cards.

Well i hope you enjoyed today's cards and find the layout helpful. Any questions feel free to leave comments below.
Cya you guys soon! x

Afternoon all, isn't it a nice day?

Now it was my sister birthday and as normal i had to make a few cards for her. I really wanted to use the We R Memory Keepers stuff i brought from TK Maxx, this card then was using the Tiffany card stock & stamps on the card with a Stampin Up! Crumb Cake base.
Now i just brought loads of Promarkers from Hobbycraft and spent  a fair bit on stamps the other day! Therefore today will be spent crafting i believe ;) aren't i lucky?

Hello People of Blogger!

This message is coming in from my phone and i'll try and add pictures later (if it lets me). Now i've been trying to post for a few days now however it kept coming up with 'sever unavalable', i don't like technology!
Anyway its the craft night, and from what i've seen of what Carols made; its going to be fun!
Well this is what i made using the We R Memory Keepers stuff i brought from TK Max. The stamps are from a complete set called 72 & Sunny i believe, and card stock and ink from good old Stampin' Up!

Now thats all for now, i hope this works!
Later guys!
